Peanut butter and banana smoothie
peanut butter banana smoothie!! It’s easy to make, and packed with protein.
Ingredients
2 cup milk
2 tea spoon peanut butter
1 banana (cut in pieces)
2 tea spoons hoeny
Method-
In a blender, combine all ingredients, cover and process for 30 seconds or until
smooth. Stir if necessary. Pour into chilled glasses. serve immediately.
