Khajur khuskhus laddu




Ingredients-

15-20 badam 
15-20 kaju 
15-20 pista 
1/2 cup kishmish
250 grm khajur 
1 tea spoon Elaichi powder
3-4tea spoon Ghee
4-5 tea spoon khuskhus rosted

Method-

Chop all the nuts . Add 1 tea spoon ghee in a pan and roast the nuts. Keep them aside in a plate. 

Add the grind khajur and elaichi powder and cook until they leave the excess ghee. And mix half roasted Khuskhus and mix nuts .
 Immediately start making laddus. Do not cool completely, else you wont be able to make laddus. coat this laddus with khuskhus.
Serve and store kajjur laddus in airtight container.
